Seth McKinney is a Co-Founder and Principal at Sago. Seth earned a BBA in Information & Operations Management and an MS in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University (Class of 2001). He was drafted into the NFL in 2002 and played eight seasons with Miami, Cleveland, and Buffalo. He holds the CCIM designation and was inducted into the Texas A&M Athletics Hall of Fame in 2024.

Seth is a past board member of the Texas A&M Lettermen’s Association and Brazos Valley Habitat for Humanity and served as Past Chair of the Greater Brazos Partnership (2022–2023). Over 16 years, he has acquired or developed approximately 25 properties spanning raw land, multifamily, STNL retail, STNL industrial, a 250-townhome development, and single-family lot development.
