Barry Moore is a Co-Founder and Principal at Sago. Barry received a degree from Texas A&M University (Class of 2005). He is a recipient of the distinguished CCIM and SIOR designations. Barry is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Realtors Land Institute, and has served on the board of the Aggie Real Estate Network. 

In 2014, he was appointed to the City of College Station’s Planning and Zoning Commission. In 2016, he was elected to the City Council for the City of College Station. In 2021, Texas Governor Greg Abbott appointed Barry the presiding officer of the Brazos County Regional Mobility Authority (RMA), and he was appointed to a second term in 2023.
