Kailee Priem is the Director of Operations at Sago. In this role, she oversees day-to-day operations, team coordination, and organizational growth. She brings nearly two decades of real estate experience to her role, having built her career across operations in the industry before joining the firm, where she has spent the past decade helping the company grow. She is a former member of Young Professionals of Aggieland and the Leadership Brazos Alumni Association.

Kailee earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from St. Edward's University, where she was a member of the women's golf team. She lives in College Station with her husband, Nic, and their four children. When she's not at the office, she enjoys spending time with family and playing golf.
