Katelyn Brown is an Associate at Sago, specializing in retail and office leasing and sales. With nearly a decade of experience in commercial and mixed-use real estate, she brings expertise in property operations, commercial development, leasing strategy, and tenant improvements/relations.

Katelyn studied Communication and Media Studies at Texas A&M University. She is passionate about helping businesses find the right space to grow. She’s also an active community member, having served on several City of College Station committees.

Outside of work, Katelyn enjoys traveling, live music, hunting, exploring food and wine, and spending time with her fiancé and two French Bulldogs, Tater Tot and Maverick.
