Katelyn Brown is a Commercial Brokerage Associate with Sago, specializing in retail and office leasing and sales across the Brazos Valley and beyond. With nearly a decade of experience managing mixed-use and commercial real estate assets, she offers a strong background in property operations, commercial development, tenant improvement oversight, tenant relations, financial management, and strategic leasing. Katelyn is passionate about connecting businesses with spaces that help them succeed and takes pride in guiding clients through every step of the commercial real estate process.

Katelyn studied Communication and Media Studies at Texas A&M University before beginning her career in commercial real estate. Outside of her professional work, she is an active community member who occasionally serves on committees with the City of College Station. She is also a proud dog mom to two Frenchies, Tater Tot and Maverick, and enjoys hunting, the outdoors, traveling, live music, and exploring great food and wine. Katelyn also loves supporting local events and spending time with her fiancé.
